Regional Plan Association is excited to announce that Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper will deliver a keynote address at the 2016 RPA Assembly, on May 6 at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City.
Under Gov. Hickenlooper’s leadership, Colorado has addressed challenges including sustainability, economic development and transit connectivity with an emphasis on regional cooperation, setting a bold example for regions around the country.
Each year, RPA brings together more than 1,000 civic, business and government leaders at the annual Assembly to to discuss major issues affecting the prosperity and quality of life in the region. At this year’s conference, RPA will unveil key preliminary recommendations for its Fourth Regional Plan, highlighting actions the region should take to ensure sustainability, good governance and shared prosperity over the next 25 years.
