Katie Nosker is a Research Associate at Regional Plan Association. She recently graduated from The College of New Jersey where she earned a B.A. in Sociology. Her coursework included classes in GIS, planning, and environmental sociology. While she attended college, she worked at the Municipal Land Use Center at TCNJ where she conducted the Route 29 Waterfront Boulevard Case Study for the New Jersey Department of Transportation. In doing this study, she learned first hand about the issues facing post-industrial cities and the challenges they face as they try to reinvent themselves for pedestrians instead of automobiles. Katie also studied international planning Oxford University as part of her study abroad program. |
