In a campaign speech today addressing potential improvements for the New York transit system, Mayor Michael Bloomberg adopted several recommendations featured in "Tomorrow's Transit," RPA's transit blueprint released last fall. The adopted recommendations include free crosstown bus service and expanded bus service in underserved areas of the city.
