On Monday, July 27, Regional Plan Association gave testimony to the New York City Council in support of the plans for the ARC Railroad Passenger Station. The Access to the Region's Core project would provide much-needed jobs in the New York region, and would ensure optimal regional mobility. RPA also supports the application for the ARC Passenger Station as the design is well integrated into the Penn Station area and allows for connections to and from four subway lines and PATH.
