projects, like East Side Access and the Second Avenue Subway, Mayor
Bloomberg's PlaNYC initiative incorporates key elements of RPA's Third
Regional Plan. Through research, education and testimony, RPA is
working to advance this ambitious agenda. As one of the conveners of
the campaign for New York Future, a coalition of over 100
environmental, labor business and civic organizations, RPA is helping
to reach opinion-makers and citizens throughout the region.
