New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg recently kicked off a comprehensive planning effort for the City, entitled PlaNYC. The effort is focused on accommodating 1 million new residents in the city by 2030 while still achieving a series of sustainability goals. RPA President Bob Yaro sat on the Advisory Panel that helped frame the effort, and he weighs in on the process in the latest edition of Spotlight on the Region.
